Malaysia Delivery

1. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed and handed over to the courier within three (3) working days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery areas, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond MommyJ's control.

If your order is urgent, please contact us via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger before placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries.

Before placing an international order, customers are responsible for checking with their local customs or relevant government authorities to confirm that finished baby food products are permitted to be imported into their destination country.

By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Shipping Charges

  • International shipping fees are calculated based on the parcel's destination and total weight.

  • Shipping fees are payable by the customer and are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

2. Product Import Regulations

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all applicable import laws, food regulations, customs requirements, and restrictions of the destination country.

MommyJ shall not be responsible if the products are refused entry, confiscated, destroyed, returned, or otherwise restricted by customs or other government authorities.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, GST/VAT, brokerage fees, inspection fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country.

MommyJ has no control over these charges and is unable to estimate or reimburse them.

4. Customs Clearance

MommyJ is not responsible for any delay, inspection, customs hold, rejection, confiscation, destruction, or return of the parcel by customs authorities in Malaysia, the destination country, or any transit country.

Any additional costs arising from customs clearance, storage, return shipping, disposal, re-delivery, or related administrative charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.

5. Returned or Undeliverable Parcels

If an international parcel is returned to MommyJ due to:

  • Customs rejection or refusal;

  • Failure to complete customs clearance;

  • Failure to pay import duties or taxes;

  • Refusal by the recipient;

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or

  • Failure to receive or collect the parcel,

the following shall apply:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for the product value will only be considered after the parcel is successfully returned to MommyJ in its original, unopened, undamaged, and saleable condition.

  • Any return shipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, or related costs incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • If the parcel cannot be returned to MommyJ, no refund will be provided.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and recipient information.

MommyJ shall not be liable for failed deliveries, returned parcels, additional courier charges, or other losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

International orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once they have been dispatched.

8. Delivery Time

International delivery times provided by the courier are estimates only.

Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond MommyJ's control.

MommyJ does not guarantee any specific delivery date.

9. Limitation of Liability

MommyJ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Customs delays or inspections;

  • Import restrictions or regulatory requirements;

  • Customs seizure, confiscation, destruction, or rejection of products;

  • Courier delays or failed deliveries;

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer; or

  • Events beyond MommyJ's reasonable control.

10. Right to Refuse Shipment

MommyJ reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any international shipment if we reasonably believe that the destination country has import restrictions, regulatory requirements, or customs risks that may prevent successful delivery.

Where an order is cancelled by MommyJ prior to shipment, a full refund of the product payment and shipping charges (if paid) will be provided.
