Refund & Exchange Policy


1. General Policy

All products sold are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except under the circumstances specifically set out in Sections 2 and 3 of this Policy.

Any request for a return, exchange, or refund must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered. No return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted after this period.

By retaining the products beyond seven (7) calendar days without reporting any issue, the products shall be deemed accepted by the customer.

Customers are encouraged to store all products according to the instructions stated on the product packaging, as product quality may be affected by storage and environmental conditions after delivery.

Management reserves the right to assess and determine the eligibility of any return, exchange, or refund request in accordance with this Policy.


2. Exchange of Products

Exchange of products may be arranged under the following circumstances:

a. The product delivered is damaged due to manufacturing defects or packing errors prior to shipment; or

b. The product delivered is different from the confirmed order.


Products returned for exchange must be in their original condition and packaging.

To request an exchange, please email us at mommyj.customercare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide:

• Name

• Phone Number

• Order Number

• Reason for exchange

• Clear photos of the product(s), if applicable

The product(s) must be returned to us within ten (10) days from the date of delivery.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be applicable under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock after payment has been successfully made;

• We are unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances; or

• An exchange is not possible for approved damaged or incorrect items.


Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days after approval, subject to the processing time of the respective bank or payment provider.


Refunds Will Not Be Provided For

• Requests submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after delivery;

• Change of mind;

• Incorrect product selection by the customer;

• Minor packaging defects that do not affect product quality or safety;

• Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery;

• Claims relating to missing items, tampered parcels, or transit-related issues without sufficient supporting evidence;

• Damage, loss, tampering, missing items, or other issues determined to have occurred during transit after handover to the courier service provider.


4. Delivery & Packaging

• All orders are checked and packed carefully prior to shipment to help ensure products are dispatched in satisfactory condition.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel upon receipt and report any damaged, missing, incorrect, opened, or tampered items within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date.

• For verification and claim purposes, customers are required to retain clear photographs and an unboxing video recorded from the unopened parcel condition until all items have been inspected and verified.

• MommyJ may maintain shipment records for verification purposes.

• Once an order has been handed over to the courier service provider, MommyJ shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, tampering, missing items, or other issues arising during transit, and customers may be required to seek assistance or submit claims directly to the relevant courier service provider where applicable.


5. Free Gifts & Promotional Items

• Free gifts, samples, and promotional items are offered on a while-stocks-last basis and are subject to availability.

• Free gifts are not eligible for cash redemption, refund, exchange, or compensation.

• Free gifts may be substituted with another item of similar value without prior notice.

• Omitted or unavailable free gifts may be fulfilled in a future order, subject to stock availability.

• Free gifts, samples, and promotional items will not be shipped separately on their own.
