FULL TERMS & CONDITION
1. Organiser
This Campaign is organised by JTJ Grace Sdn Bhd, MommyJ Healthy Baby Food (“the Organiser”).
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 1 October 2026, 12:00am to 30 November 2026, 11:59pm (“Campaign Period”).
Any entries received outside the Campaign Period will be considered invalid.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or terminate the Campaign where necessary without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above.
Employees of the Organiser, its distributors, dealers, authorised retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participants must provide valid contact and purchase information for verification.
4. Participating Channels
Eligible purchases must be made from:
MommyJ Official Website - MommyJ.com
MommyJ Official Shopee Store / Lazada Store / TikTok Shop
MommyJ Pop-Up Stores / Baby Fair / Event Booths
MommyJ® authorised online and retail baby stores
Purchases made from unauthorised sellers, parallel importers or non-official stores will not be accepted.
5. Participating Products
Only purchases of the following MommyJ® New Healthy Baby Snacks Series are eligible:
MommyJ® Cod Fish Crisp Waffle
MommyJ® 11 Grains Cereal Stick
MommyJ® Embryo Rice Cracker – Strawberry
MommyJ® Embryo Rice Cracker – Broccoli & Kale
Other MommyJ® products will not be counted towards the minimum RM20 qualifying spend.
6. Campaign Mechanics
Participants may enter the Campaign by completing the following steps:
Step 1 - PURCHASE
Spend a minimum of RM20 on any selected MommyJ® New Healthy Baby Snacks in a single receipt during the Campaign Period.
Step 2 - SUBMIT
Scan the Campaign QR Code and complete the official submission form with your details and purchase receipt / proof of purchase.
Step 3 - STAND A CHANCE TO WIN
Each valid submission will qualify as one (1) lucky draw entry for a chance to win a Baby Feeding Chair worth RM150.
Multiple Entries
Participants are allowed to submit multiple entries, provided that each entry is supported by a different valid receipt as proof of purchase.
Each qualifying receipt = one (1) lucky draw entry.
Each receipt may only be submitted once.
Each Participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize only throughout the Campaign.
Once an entry has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn or amended, unless otherwise permitted by the Organiser.
The qualifying RM20 spend will be calculated based on the final amount paid for participating products after discounts, vouchers and promotional codes, excluding shipping fees.
7. Prize
A total of five (5) winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive: 1× Travel-Friendly Baby Feeding Chair worth RM150
Total Prize Value: RM750
Prizes:
Are not exchangeable or refundable
Are not transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be exchanged for other MommyJ® products
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value where necessary.
Each Participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) prize only, regardless of the number of eligible entries submitted.
8. Proof of Purchase Requirements
Each proof of purchase must clearly show:
Store name and/or platform
Receipt Number / Order ID / Invoice Number
Date of purchase
Eligible MommyJ® New Healthy Baby Snack(s) purchased
Final purchase amount
E-commerce receipts and order screenshots are accepted, provided all required information is clearly visible.
Participants must retain the original receipt / proof of purchase until the Campaign has ended and all winners have been verified.
The Organiser reserves the right to request the original proof of purchase or additional information for verification purposes.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for entries that are late, incomplete, lost or unsuccessful due to internet, system, technical or submission errors.
9. Invalid Entries / Proof of Purchase
The following will not be accepted:
Purchases made outside the Campaign Period
Purchases below the minimum RM20 qualifying spend
Receipts without eligible MommyJ® New Healthy Baby Snacks
Credit card payment slips without purchase details
Handwritten receipts
Refund / return slips
Delivery notes
Duplicate or reused receipts
Receipts previously submitted
Unclear, incomplete, altered or tampered receipts
Receipts from unauthorised sellers
Any purchase that is subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned will no longer qualify for the Campaign.
Any duplicated, altered or fraudulent receipt submission may result in immediate disqualification.
10. Verification
All entries are subject to verification and approval by the Organiser.
Verification includes, but is not limited to:
Validity of purchase date
Qualifying purchase amount
Eligible products purchased
Validity of receipt / Order ID
Duplicate receipt checks
Participant information
Signs of alteration, manipulation or fraud
Only entries that successfully meet all Campaign requirements will be included in the lucky draw.
The Organiser reserves the right to request additional information or the original receipt for verification purposes.
11. Winner Selection
All prizes are subject to final verification of the winner's eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
A total of five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.
Only entries that fulfil all Campaign requirements, including the qualifying purchase, valid proof of purchase and complete contact details, will be entered into the lucky draw.
Participants may submit multiple eligible entries; however, each Participant may only win once.
Once a Participant has been selected as a winner, all remaining entries submitted by the same Participant will no longer be eligible for subsequent winner selection.
The Organiser's decision regarding winner selection and eligibility verification shall be final and binding.
12. Winner Announcement & Prize Claim
Winners will be announced on MommyJ® official social media platforms:

Winners are required to contact MommyJ® within seven (7) working days from the winner announcement date to claim their prize.
Winners may be required to provide:
Full name
Contact number
Original proof of purchase / Order ID
Delivery details
Other information reasonably required for verification
If a winner:
Fails to contact MommyJ® within seven (7) working days;
Cannot be contacted;
Provides incomplete or incorrect information;
Cannot provide valid proof of purchase; or
Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize will be considered forfeited, and the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.
13. Prize Conditions & Usage
The Travel-Friendly Baby Feeding Chair:
Is suitable for children below 4 years old
Has a maximum recommended load of 15kg
The prize is provided without any additional warranty or guarantee from the Organiser.
Winners are responsible for using and assembling the prize appropriately according to its intended use, age recommendation, weight limit and instructions provided.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for injury, loss, damage, malfunction or safety issues arising from:
Misuse or improper handling
Use beyond the intended purpose
Exceeding the stated weight limit or age recommendation
Incorrect or improper assembly
Failure to follow the provided instructions
Normal wear and tear
14. Prize Delivery
Free prize delivery is provided to West Malaysia winners only.
For winners located in East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan), a RM25 delivery fee will apply and shall be borne by the winner.
MommyJ® Customer Service will contact confirmed winners to arrange delivery and, where applicable, collection of the RM25 delivery fee.
Winners are responsible for ensuring all delivery information provided is complete, accurate and valid.
Winners are responsible for checking the prize upon receipt.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for:
Incorrect, incomplete or invalid delivery information
Courier delays or failed delivery attempts
Returned parcels
Loss, damage or delay caused by third-party courier services during delivery
Circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control
Any additional charges arising from incorrect delivery information, unsuccessful delivery attempts or re-delivery requests shall be borne by the winner.
15. Fraud & Abuse
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of:
Fraudulent activity
Manipulation or alteration of receipts
Duplicate receipt submissions
Use of multiple identities to circumvent Campaign rules
System abuse
Providing false or misleading information
Any activity deemed unfair or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions
Legal action may be taken where necessary.
16. Personal Data Protection
By participating in this Campaign, Participants consent to the collection, processing and use of their personal data for purposes relating to:
Campaign administration
Entry and receipt verification
Lucky draw administration
Winner selection and announcement
Winner communication
Prize fulfilment and delivery
Personal information may be shared with relevant service providers where necessary for Campaign fulfilment.
The Organiser reserves the right to retain Campaign submission records for audit and verification purposes.
17. Social Media Disclaimer
This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
Participants acknowledge that Instagram and Facebook shall not be responsible for any matters relating to this Campaign.
18. Acceptance
By participating in this Campaign, Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
19. Organiser's Rights
JTJ Grace Sdn Bhd (MommyJ®) reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or cancel this Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
Fraud
Technical issues
Prize availability
Events or circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control
20. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in carrying out the Campaign due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, technical failures or other unforeseen events.
21. Final Decision
The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign, including entry eligibility, verification, winner selection and prize fulfilment, shall be final and binding.
