Refund & Exchange Policy

(Applicable to Online Purchases Only)

1. General Policy

All goods sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except under the circumstances stated below.

2. Exchange of Products

Exchange of products may be arranged under the following conditions:

a. The product delivered is broken (e.g., glass jar damaged during delivery);
b. The product delivered is different from the confirmed order.

Important:
Products for return must be in their complete and original condition, quantity, and packaging as first delivered to the customer.

To request an exchange, please email us at mommyj.customercare@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the goods, providing:

• Name

• Phone Number

• Order Number

• Reason for exchange

• Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

The product(s) (with complete and original packaging) must be returned to us within 10 working days from the date of delivery.

An exchange may be offered at our discretion. Management reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be applicable under the following circumstances:

• If the product is out of stock after payment is successfully made;

• If we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances;

• If an exchange is not possible for approved damaged/incorrect items.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method only (e.g., credit card, online banking, e-wallet) for easier tracking and compliance purposes.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval, depending on the respective bank or payment provider processing time.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind;

• Incorrect selection by customer;

• Minor packaging defects that do not affect product quality;

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse.

Management reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with the above terms.
